Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms apply to all orders placed with Sedum & Sage ("we", "us") through sedumandsage.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Sedum & Sage, Fieldview, Chapel Lane, Metheringham, Lincolnshire LN4 2ET, United Kingdom. Phone 07985 146655. Email info@sedumandsage.co.uk
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price has been shown in error, in which case we will refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and any assembly or installation charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Made-to-order items
Many of our garden buildings and furniture are handmade to order in our Lincolnshire workshop. We will give you an estimated build and delivery time when you order. Timber is a natural material, so small variations in grain, colour and knots are normal and are not faults.
5. Plants
Plants are living products. Size, shape and flowering can vary with the season, and photos are a guide. Follow the care guidance provided once your plants arrive.
6. Delivery and installation
Please make sure there is clear access for delivery and, where you have ordered installation, a level and suitable site. If we can't deliver or install because of access or site conditions, we will contact you to rearrange, and additional costs may apply.
7. Cancellations and returns
Your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Return and refund policy.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
